节水型社会评价指标体系构建与应用

Construction and Application of the Indices on the Appraisal System of Water-saving Society

在全面开展节水型社会建设水平调研的基础上,采用模糊综合评价方法,构建了辽宁省节水型社会建设水平综合评价指标体系,确定了指标影响权重及评价准则,并基于模糊综合评价理论开发了节水型社会建设水平评价模型软件。评价结果表明,辽宁省节水型社会发展总体水平位于初级到中级之间,其中辽宁沿海经济带水平最高;辽宁中部城市群次之;辽西北发展区水平最低。

Based on survey of the current level of a water-saving society in Liaoning Province,and using a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this paper has built the Liaoning Provincial saving society level comprehensive evaluation index system.Determined the effect of weight and evaluation criteria,and based on fuzzy theory,a saving society level evaluation software was developed.Liaoning saving society development overall level is located between primary to medium.Liaoning coastal economic belt level is the highest,next is the Liaoning central cities times,and Northwestern development district level is the minimum.
