急性胰腺炎大鼠胰腺组织cPKCα的变化

Change of cPKCα in the pancreas of AP rats

目的观察急性胰腺炎(AP)大鼠胰腺组织传统型蛋白激酶Cα(cPKCα)的水平,探讨其在AP发病中的可能作用。方法取26只SD大鼠随机分为2组:假手术(SO)组和AP组,采用牛磺脱氧胆酸钠复制AP模型,模型制成后1h、5h,采用免疫组织化学方法检测大鼠胰腺组织cPKCα的水平。结果与SO组相比较,AP组大鼠胰腺组织cPKCα阳性表达明显增高,增多的cPKCα主要聚集于细胞膜侧。结论 AP大鼠胰腺组织cPKCα的表达水平明显增高,活性增强,后者在AP的发病中可能发挥重要作用。

Objective To investigate the alteration of classical protein kinase Cα（cPKCα） in the pancreas of rats with acute pancreatitis（AP） and analyse its possible role in the pathogenesis of AP.Methods The total of 26 health SD rats were divided into two groups,sham operation control（SO） group and AP group.The AP model was induced by a retrograde injection of 3% sodium deoxycholate into the pancreatic duct.At 1h,5h after the treatment,the level of cPKCα in the pancreas of AP rats was measured by immunohistochemistry.Results Compaired with the SO group,the level of cPKCα positive staining in the pancreas of AP rats was significantly increased,and the positive staining was mainly concentrated near the cell membrane.Conclusions The expression and the activity of cPKCα in the pancreas of rats with AP were increased,which possibly play an important role in the the pathogenesis of AP.
