加强海南省辐射环境安全监督管理的一些思考和建议

Enhancing Safety Management of Environmental Radiation in Hainan Province

海南的辐射环境安全监管工作起步较晚、基础较差、能力不足。一些方面存在的主要问题需要引起足够重视,得到优先加强。本文对海南省辐射安全监管中面临的几个主要问题进行思考并作出初步分析探讨,提出了针对性的对策建议。

With the comparatively late beginning,poor basis and insufficient ability of environmental radiation safety management in Hainan Province,the primary problems in some aspects need more attention and high priority.The aim of this article is to do a preliminary analysis for these main problems and offer correspondingly countermeasures and suggestions.
