摘要
湖南九嶷山钨锡矿床矿石类型属低品位云英岩型,通过对矿床物质组分、锡的赋存状态及选矿工艺研究表明,锡石中的锡含量占矿石总锡量的96.24%,主要嵌布于交代矿物颗粒之间或者包裹于矿物内部,粒度一般小于2mm,各粒级中无明显集中分布,易解离。在阶段磨碎、摇床选别和浮选条件下,本区锡矿回收率均能达到80%以上。为区域矿床开发工作提供了重要的基础研究资料和经济可行的选矿工艺流程。
The JiuYi Mountains area W-Sn deposit is belong to greisen and low-grade ore-type in Hunan.Studies on deposit composition and mode of occurrence of tin and ore-dressing process,the results shown that the 96.24 % of tin total amount consist in cassiterite,and the cassiterite mainly exist among or interior of metasomatic mineral grains,and the grain size of cassiterite generally less than 2 mm,and the cassiterite is no obvious concentrated acconding to the grain size,and the cassiterite is easy to dissociation.In grinding,shaking sorting and flotation process,the recovery rate of tin in this area can reach over 80%.These results provides an important basic research data and and economically viable beneficiation process for regional deposit development.
