细胞块切片免疫组化染色在肿瘤细胞学诊断中的应用

The Application of Imminohistochemistry for Cell Block Sections in Cytodiagnosis of Tumor

目的探讨细胞块切片免疫组化染色在肿瘤细胞学诊断中的价值。方法收集30例肿瘤标本,制备细胞块切片,用免疫组化二步法对肿瘤细胞的细胞膜、细胞浆内的抗原物质CK、AE1、AE3、LCA、CD20、CD45RO、Vim、HMB45等进行检测。结果上述抗原物质显棕色,呈不同强度、不同形态、弥漫性、颗粒状分布于细胞膜、细胞浆。30例中,26例标本阳性表达(86%),4例标本无染色(14%)。结论细胞块切片免疫组化染色是判断肿瘤细胞良恶性及组织来源的有效方法。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of imminohistochemical stain for cell block sections in cytodiagnosis of tumor.Methods The specimens were made into cell block sections.Immunohistochemical was used to test the antigenic properties（CK,AE1,AE3,LCA,CD20,CD45RO,Vim,HMB45）inside the membrane and cytoplasm of the tumor cell.Results The antigenic properties mentioned above turned brown and spread out in the cell membrane and cytoplasm asystematically and granularly with different intensity and forms.Among all the 30 specimens,26 specimens（86%） were stained positively,and 4 specimens（14%） were not stained.Conclusion Immunohistochemical stain for cell block sections is an effective method to diagnose whether the tumor is benign or malignant and to distinguish the origins of tumor cell tissues.
