垂体腺瘤的影像表现与临床分析

The Imaging Manifestations and Clinical Analyses of Pituitary Adenomas

目的探讨垂体腺瘤的影像及临床表现特点。方法回顾性分析45例垂体腺瘤的CT、MRI表现及临床特点。结果 45例垂体腺瘤中,25例鞍区CT可见类圆形等密度或稍高密度影,MRI可见异常信号影;20例为垂体微腺瘤(直径<10 mm)。结论垂体腺瘤是好发于较年轻成年女性的疾病,CT、MRI对临床诊断及治疗具有重要意义。

Objective To discuss the imaging manifestations and clinical analyses of pituitary adenomas.Methods The imaging manifestations and clinical analyses of 45 cases of pituitary adenomas were retrospectively analysed.Results Of all the 45 cases,circular shape with the same or little high density on CT and abnormal signal on MRI of 25 cases;micro-pituitary adenomas（10 mm in size） of 20 cases.Conclusions The pituitary adenomas often befall young women;and CT,MRI can provide more imaging informations for the diagnosis and treatment.
