摘要
提出高职院校教师激励工作基本框架,以此建立模型,从基本教学科研工作科学化、标准化、规范化;通道分层、工作分段、设置节点,达到阶段目标;外在奖酬体现"合法、合理与合情",内在奖酬衡量重"关怀、发展与实际",以及"重视高校文化建设、环境因素对激励工作的影响和促进"四个方面提高激励工作绩效。
The basic frame of promotion in polytechnical schools is proposed in this paper,a model is established to improve the promoting performance from four respects: to realize scientification,standardization and legalization in fundamental teaching and researching work;to achieve phasal target through channel stratification,work segmentation and node method;to be lawful,reasonable and fair in outward bounty and award measurement and to embody care,development and reality in inward bounty and award measurement;and to attach importance to the influence and promotion of college and university cultural construction and environmental factors.
