摘要
为了研究玄武岩纤维对矿物掺合料改性砂浆的增韧阻裂性能,首先采用腐蚀失重测量和ESEM图像分析等试验方法,研究了3种玄武岩纤维的碱腐蚀行为.在此基础上研究了玄武岩纤维种类、长度对矿物掺合料改性砂浆强度和塑性收缩开裂性能的影响.结果表明:玄武岩纤维耐碱腐蚀性能较好,对砂浆强度影响较小,但能改善砂浆韧性,短纤维增韧效果更为显著.此外,玄武岩纤维还能有效增强砂浆基体抗塑性收缩开裂性能,长纤维阻裂效果更为显著.
In order to study the toughness and crack arrest of basalt fiber reinforced mortar with mineral admixtures.Weight loss and ESEM(environmental scanning electron microscope) morphology were used to study corrosion behavior of three types of basalt fiber in alkali solution.Then,the performance of mortar with mineral admixture,such as strength and plastic shrinkage-cracking,were tested with different types and lengths of basalt fiber.The results show that basalt fibers have good alkali resistance.The influence of basalt fibers on strength of mortar is ignorable,but the basalt fibers can improve toughness of mortar.These effects could be enhanced significantly by decreasing length of the fiber.Basalt fiber can also efficiently improve the cracking resistance of mortar.Long fibers are more effective in crack resistance.
