摘要
根据混凝土的多孔介质特点和多孔介质湿热传输理论,给出了一种计算混凝土湿热耦合变形的解析-有限元结合解法.该方法的计算过程包括"温湿度分布的解析法求解"、"湿度分布向湿度应力转换的公式计算"和"湿热耦合变形的有限元分析"三部分.同时介绍了基于VisualBasic调用Matlab和ANSYS的编程策略通过混合编程开发的混凝土湿热耦合计算分析程序CTMSoft.根据所提出的解析-有限元结合解法,利用自行开发的CTMSoft程序对实际工程结构混凝土变形进行了数值计算,与现场实测及光纤光栅监测结果的对比分析表明了该计算方法和程序的合理性和有效性.
A new hybrid analytic-FEM approach for calculating coupling hygro-thermal deformation of concrete is proposed based on moisture and heat transfer mechanism of porous medium.The procedure comprises of an analytical solution of heat and moisture transfer,a calculation of moisture induced stress,and a finite element analysis(FEM) of hygro-thermal deformation.The methodology of a software named Combined Temperature and Moisture Simulation System for concrete(CTMSoft) is introduced,in which Visual Basic programme is used for the graphical user interface(GUI) and the numerical calculation is developed using Matlab and ANSYS.The working of the proposed hybrid analytic-FEM approach and CTMSoft is validated by a case analysis.The heat-moisture transfer and deformation of the concrete in practical structure are numerically simulated by CTMSoft.The results of numerical simulation,field test and fiber Bragg grating(FBG) monitoring are comparatively analyzed.The coherence between them reveals that the hybrid analytic-FEM approach and the software developed are effective and accurate.
