摘要
宁波城市职业技术学院成立伊始，便对高等职业教育的人才培养模式进行了深入的探索，经过近3年的努力，逐步形成了以就业为导向的包括人才培养目标、教学内容体系、课程结构体系、实践教学体系以及各项保障机制在内的高职人才培养工作体系。
Ningbo City College of Vocational Technology has gone through many in-depth explorations and brave practices around the higher vocational talents education models for almost three years since its starting point, which gradually contrib- utes to the formation of the employment-oriented higher vocational talents education system, including talents training objec- tives, teaching system, curriculum system, practical teaching system as well as all sorts of guarantee mechanisms.
