摘要
实验实训教学管理是高等职业技术教育管理的重要内容，文章对高等职业技术教育实验实训教学管理目标、基本原则进行探讨；对现阶段高等职业技术教育实验实训教学管理模式进行分析比较，并提出建议。
Experimental and Training Administration is an important part of the higher vocational education and adminis- tration. This paper explores the aims and basic principles of the higher vocational experimental and training administration, and proposes suggestions by analysing and comparing the present higher vocational experimental and training administration models.
