摘要
为完善投资理财专业人才培养模式，从投资理财人才的市场需求出发，分析了投资理财专业人才培养的目标定位、知识能力与素质结构，并构建了投资理财专业人才培养的课程体系结构及主干课程、实践课程教学体系。
To improve the training mode of the finance and investment professionals, based on the market demand for the finance and investment professionals, this paper analyzes the training aims, knowledge and quality structures of the finance and investment professionals and construct a practical teaching system of the curriculum structure and main courses for the finance and investment professional training
