摘要
根据相关文献和调查,分析了高职院校英语师资队伍的学历、职称、年龄构成等的现状,指出了高职英语教师自我发展所面,临的学历、职称以外的心理、教学对象、科研、知识结构更新等一系列特殊问题,提出了高职英语教师自我发展的可行性策略.旨在引起大家对高职英语教师自我发展问题的关注,为高职英语教师的自我发展提供思路。
In the light of relevant literature and investigation, this paper analyzes the formation of the English teachers in vocational colleges in terms of educational experience, title, and age, points out the problems in their self-development concerning mindset, teaching object, research, restructuring of knowledge besides those of educational experience and title, h puts forward some feasible strategies for these teachers" reference. The goal of the paper is to call for attention to this topic and to offer some ideas for these teachers to consider.
