摘要
从分析宁波城市职业技术学院实用英语专业校企合作办学模式为切入点．介绍了发达国家校企合作办学的成功范例，就专业基础课程设置、特色的校内外实训实习、特色的专业设置、具体的办学模式的改革等方面对高职实用英语专业校企合作办学模式进行了阐述。
This paper is mainly analyzed the pattern of running school of cooperation of school and enterprise in practical English education in Ningbo City College of Vocational Technology from aspects of the provision of basic courses, special practice within and outside college, curriculum system designing and the reform of teaching mode, etc.
