高职院校团组织是高职院校团工作开展的基本单位，它与广大学生保持着最直接、最广泛的联系，是高职教育的重要育人基地之一。但当前高职院校团工作仍然存在很多薄弱环节，影响了其应有职能的发挥。从当前高职院校团工作存在的问题入手。提出了改善高职院校团工作现状的对策。

Vocational college league organization is a basic unit of league work, which maintains the most direct and extensive connections with the students, and is an important education base. However, the current vocational college league work still has many weak links, which limits the impact of its function. Based on the current existing problems in higher vocational college league, this paper proposed countermeasures to improve the current situation of the league work.
