摘要
将混凝土无砟道床板与无砟岔枕作为一个整体,并取一个扣件节点的宽度进行分析,采用弹性地基叠合梁理论计算无砟岔枕及混凝土道床板横向配筋所需的弯矩,进行配筋检算和结构设计。通过对设计好的无砟岔枕进行有限元强度分析,进一步优化和完善了无砟岔枕的设计,并表明采用弹性地基梁方法所设计的无砟岔枕完全满足设计和使用要求。
In this paper, analysis is given to the nodal width of a sampling fastener taken from the integrated concrete ballastless bed slab and ballastless switch tie, and reinforcement calculation and structural design are carried out according to the bending moment required for lateral reinforcement on ballastless switch tie and concrete bed slab calculated with the theory of elastic foundation superposed beam. Through finite element analysis on designed ballastless switch tie, design for ballastless switch tie is further optimized and perfected and it is indicated that the ballastless switch tie designed with elastic foundation can fully satisfy the requirement in design and performance.
