西成客运专线建设中朱鹮及其栖息地保护探讨

Discussion on Crested Ibis and Its Habitat Protection in Construction of Xi'an-Chengdu Passenger Dedicated Railway

在总结世界濒危、我国特有、国家一级保护鸟类朱鹮现有研究观测成果的基础上,根据西安至成都铁路客运专线的技术要求与工程特点,进行了线路绕避汉中朱鹮国家级自然保护区以及朱鹮觅食、栖息、繁殖地的方案分析,预测了该工程对朱鹮的可能影响,提出了工程实施的不同阶段对朱鹮及其栖息地保护应采取的措施。文章为西成客专以及该区域其它铁路、公路等线性工程建设中的朱鹮及其栖息地保护决策提供了参考。

Based on summing up the existing research observation results of crested ibis-the endangered, Chinese endemic, national first-level protect birds and on basis of technical requirements and engineering characteristics of Xi＇an- Chengdu passenger dedicated railway, this paper makes a analysis on the scheme of which the route detouring around the Hanzhong crested ibis national nature reserve and habitat for crested ibis＇s foraging, perched, breeding, forecasts the possible effect of the scheme on crested ibis, puts forward its habitat protection measures that should be adopted in different stages of project implementation, which provides reference for crested ibis and its habitat protection decision in the linear engineering construction territory of Xi＇an-Chengdu passenger dedicated railway including other railway and high-way, etc. in this region.
