预应力管桩桩网结构在高速铁路软土地基处理中的应用

摘要 以新建甬台温铁路工程实践为例,简述了预应力管桩—高强土工格室碎石垫层复合地基的组成和工作原理。介绍了管桩桩网结构的关键性施工工艺和质量控制方法。通过工程实践的检验,表明利用这种施工工艺处理深厚层软土地基可以有效地控制软土地基的工后沉降量,提高了承载力,经济效益明显。 Taking the new Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou railway engineering practice for example, this paper presents the component and work principle of composite foundation with prestressed pipe pile-high-strength geogrid chamber crushed stone cushion, introduces the key construction technology and quality control method of pipe pile net structure. The engineering practice inspection shows that using this construction technology dealing with the deep layer of soft soil foundation can effectively control the post-construction settlement of soft soil foundation and improve the bearing capacity, and the economic benefit is obvious.
