Applying the idea of ＂ home＂ to build a harmonious University means that teachers not only should be knowledgable, but also should educate and guide the students with a caring heart, reforming from the curriculum, course content, form of education, educational methods, education management, student administration and services, to other aspects, thus help the students self- educate and grow consciously .
