摘要
大学不仅是城市经济增长的推动力量，更是城市的灵魂象征与精神代表。本文借鉴城市社会学理论，在分析创意城市3T要素的基础上，评介大学校区、科技园区、公共社区“三区联动’’战略形成的合理性、理念及框架，论述了大学在三区联动中的核心作用，并对大学如何应对问题、引领城区发展提出了可行的政策建议。
University is not only a driving force for economic growth, but also a soul symbol and spirit representative of the city. This paper, referring to the urban sociology theory, and based on the analysis of the 3T elements of a creative city, has evaluated the rationality, ideology, and framework of the Three - District Interaction＇strategy, including the university campuses, science and technology zones, and public community. The central role of the university in the Three - District Interaction has been discussed, and feasible proposals have been provided as to how to deal with the problem, and how to guide the urban development.
