高职院校学生党员思想教育工作的探讨

On Student Party Members＇ Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

高等职业技术教育学院中学生党员思想政治教育是目前高职院校学生党员工作中的薄弱环节。只有加强高职院校学生党员思想政治工作，才能不断提高高职院校学生党员整体素质。结合我校学生党员发展工作实践和经验，探索加强高职院校学生党员思想政治教育的有效途径。

Student party members＇ideological and political education is a weak link of the works for party members in higher vocational colleges. Only by strengthening the student party members＇ ideological and political work in vocational colleges, can we continuously improve the overall quality of the student party members. This paper, in accordance with our own practice and experience of student party member development work, tends to explore an effective way to strengthen the ideological and political education of the student party members.
