工科类专业校企合作“2+1”人才培养模式的实践与探索

摘要 根据教育部对高等职业教育发展的指导思想,并结合浙江省对高等职业教育发展的实施意见,提出了高等职业教育工科类专业校企合作、产学结合重要性和必要性。通过对校企合作“2+1”人才培养模式实施情况的分析,对取得的成果和存在的问题进行了客观的阐述,并提出了存在问题的解决方法。对如何做好工科类专业校企合作“2+1”人才培养的内涵建设作了进一步的探索。 According to the guiding ideas of the Ministry of Education on the development of the higher vocational education, and based on the implementation policies of Zhejiang Province on the development of higher vocational education, this paper argues the importance and necessity of the school - enterprise cooperation and production and study combination. Through the analysis of the implementation situation of the "2 + 1" school -enterprise cooperation, the results achieved and the existing problems are discussed objectively, and solutions to the problem exists are put forward. The paper also made a further exploration of how to conduct the inner construction of the "2 + 1" school - enterprise cooperation professional training model.
