摘要
高校后勤主要负责管理全校师生的食、住、行、水、电、暖等各个方面,内容涉及十几个行业,工作量庞大且杂乱繁琐。随着高校后勤社会化改革的加快,原有管理方式和工作模式已不再能够满足新形势的需求,信息化战略实施已成为高校后勤自主经营并实现良性发展的必由之路。在介绍了高校后勤信息化存在的问题之后,提出了提高信息化管理水平的应对策略。
Logistics is mainly responsible for the food, housing, transportation, water, electricity and warm management of the teachers and students in the university, dealing with various other aspects, covering more than 10 industries, and it is a huge workload and tedious mess. With the acceleration of the logistics socialization reform, the original management style and mode of operation is no longer able to meet the needs of the new situation, the implementation of the informatization strategy has become a the only way to achieve its autonomous operation and healthy development. After the introduction of the existing problems of the university logistics informatization, this paper proposed strategy to deal with the improving the level of information management.
