Analysis of the Innovation and Development of the Educational Administration of the Higher Education in the New Period

教务管理是学校教学管理工作的核心，关系到学校教学秩序的稳定和教学质量的提高。本文从当前高校教务管理工作普遍存在的职能定位不清、工作水平不高、协调能力不足、人性化体现不强等问题入手，提出明确管理目标、加速实现现代化、加强人员全面素质培养等措施，为进一步实现高校教务管理工作的创新和发展提供借鉴。

Educational administration dominates the work of teaching management in the schools, which concerns the stability of teaching order and the enhancement of teaching quality. This paper analyzes the problems in the universities such as dimness of functional localization, low - level working proficiency, deficiency in coordination and less embodiment in humanization and puts forwards the measures such as clear management target, speeding modernization, strengthening full inner qualities of working staff and so on, which can be utilized to realize the Innovation and Development of the educational administration in the universities.
