高职院校师资队伍现状及其发展策略——以宁波某高职院校二级学院师资队伍建设为例

摘要 近年来,我国高职教育的迅速发展使高职师资问题进一步凸显。高职院校师资队伍数量不足、结构不合理、专业带头人缺乏、“双师型”教师偏少等问题在国内许多高职院校不同程度地存在,实践技能缺乏更是成为高职院校师资队伍建设的“瓶颈”。本文以宁波某所高职院校的二级学院为例,分析该院在成立初期时师资队伍所存在的问题,及该院是如何针对具体问题提出对策,并使师资队伍建设获得成效。 Recently the rapid development of the national vocational education emerges the issues of its teacher resources. In most of the national higher vocational schools there exist the problems like shortage of teachers, unreasonable structure among teaching groups, lack of profession leaders and " double- certificated teachers". Moreover, lack of practical operation technology and skills has been a big obstruct to higher vocational teacher development. This paper will take a sub - college of some higher vocational school in Ningbo for an instance to analyze the existing problems in developing teachers when the college was founded, and how it manages to solve these issues these years according to concrete conditions and make the teaching group construction effectively.
