摘要
必须对大学生进行法制教育是举国上下的共识，然而大学生法制教育在今天却存在缺失的危险，本文从教材的误导、学校的误判以及教师的不得已等几个方面对这一问题进行了阐释。
It is widely accepted that we should carry out law education of college students, however, there is a danger of loss of law education of college students. The article analyzes the danger from the angles of misleading of textbook, misunderstanding of certain colleges and have - to of teachers.
