三个课堂联动的实践教学体系的研究与构建——以宁波城市职业技术学院为例

摘要 本课题从高技能的培养目标出发,比较深入地研究、分析了实践教学在高职人才培养中的中心地位,在此基础上提出了构建与高技能人才相匹配的、三个课堂联动的实践教学体系的教学思想。与此同时,还就如何把三个课堂的实践教学贯穿于人才培养全过程,特别是通过校企合作培养人才的教学模式等问题作了比较深入的探讨,并在实践中取得了明显的成效。 This scientific project, based on the objectives of training the high-skill professionals, conducted in-depth research and analysis of the central position of the practical teaching in the higher vocational education, and on this basis, proposed the teaching idea of constructing the three classroom interaction practical teaching system, which matches the high-skill professional training objectives. Meanwhile, the project also explored the implementation of the three class practical teaching throughout the whole professional training process, especially the teaching model of training professionals through school-enterprise cooperation, which achieved remarkable results.
