构建社会体育“三实、四能”就业体系的研究

On Establishing a ＂Three Realities, Four Abilities＂ Employment System

对社会体育专业的就业现状进行了系统化的调查，发现问题并提出了相应对策：规范就业市场，建立和完善就业法规；转变就业观念，引导毕业生自主创业；以社会需求和市场为导向，调整专业课程结构；改革教学环节中的计划模式；坚持“以三实、四能为导向，走产学研结合之路”的教学理念，构建就业体系。

We conducted a systematic survey of the employment status for Social Physical Education, identified problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures： regulating the employment market; establishing and improving the employment laws and regulations; meanwhile, changing the employment perspectives and guiding the graduates to establish their own businesses. And we should adjust the structure of professional courses according to social needs and the market ; innovate the program model of the teaching plan ; adhere to the principles of ＂Three Realities, Four Abilities＂ and ＂Combining Production and Research＂, and build an employment system.
