教师教学工作质量评估适用性分析——以宁波城市学院为例

On Applicability of the Teaching Quality Evaluation

教师教学工作质量评估是检验教师教学效果和提高教学工作质量的重要步骤，宁波城市职业技术学院对教师教学工作质量的评估采用学生评教、学院评教和学校评教三个层面相结合的方法．以更真实地反映教师教学工作质量情况。通过对近2学年教师教学工作质量评估结果的数据分析，对我校教师教学工作质量评估方法的适用性与可信度进行探讨。

Teaching quality evaluation is an important step to test the teaching effectiveness and to improve the teaching quality. Students＇ appraisal on teaching, school assessment on teaching and Evaluation on teaching by the college are three combined channels used in Ningbo City College of Vocational Technology to evaluate the teaching quality. Based on data analysis of the outcome of previous two years＇ teaching evaluation, this paper has discussed the applicability and reliability of the teaching evaluation approaches applied in our college.
