On Professional Moral Education of the High-Skill Talents

高技能人才除需要遵守普通劳动者应共同遵守的职业道德规范外，由于其自身特点，还应该遵守热爱学习、勇于实践、善于创新、乐于合作等职业道德规范；对于高技能人才的职业道德培养，须建立以学校教育为主的职前教育、以企业教育为主的职中教育和以社会教育为主的职后教育之“三位一体”培育模式。

Apart from observing the professional code of ethics shared by ordinary laborers, and because of their own characteristics, the high-skill talents should also observe the ethics of loving study, being bold in putting things into practice, being good at innovating, and being glad of cooperating, etc. ; As to the high-skill talents＇ training of profes- sional ethics, it is necessary to set up an ＂Three-in-One＂ education model of pre-service education, relying mainly on school education, in-service education specializing in enterprises education, and after-service education focusing on social education.
