摘要
职业道德教育在高等职业教育中有着特殊的意义，在高职院校“能力本位”的培养理念不断深化的进程中，强化学生的职业道德建设是适应社会发展需要和学生自我发展需要的必然要求，同时也是高职院校德育改革的一个突破口。
