摘要
以完整的“毕业综合能力实践”的训练来提高学生的综合实践能力，使学生一毕业就能够适应岗位的需要，达到高职人才培养的目标。本文从毕业综合能力实践的特点、实施和方案的特点等几个方面对高职“毕业综合能力实践”进行了系统的研究。
Focusing on the ＂comprehensive graduation ability practice＂ to improve students＇ practical abilities and to make students suitable for their post to attain the aim of the professional training, this paper systematically studies the vocational ＂comprehensive graduation ability practice＂ from the aspects of its characteristics, implementation and programs.
