摘要
低碳硝基烷的工业应用日益广泛。在使用原料上,以丙烷硝化来制取是合理的途径。在工艺方面,国外较多的是以硝酸为硝化剂的气相硝化工艺,已积累了较丰富的工业经验。有代表性的反应器则是多室斯登该尔反应器。国内迄今有关硝基烷的生产和应用研究均进行得不多,这是应该引起我们充分注意的。
The industrial application of low molecular nitroalkane is widespread day by day. it is a reason-able way to use propane as the raw material to produce low molecular nitroalkane by nitrifying. In for-eign countries, technologically, more abundance experiences have been accumulated in gas phase nitri-fying technology mostly using nitric acid as the nitrating agent. The representable ractor is the multi-chamber Stengel reactor. Up to now, the applied research and production of nitroalkane are not enough at home, so that we should pay full attention to it.
