摘要
目的:观察白介素一1β(IL-1β)对培养的人视网膜色素上皮细胞(RPEC)胶原合成的作用.方法:用3H一脯氨酸参人和免疫细胞化学方法观察IL-1β对培养的人RPEC胶原合成活性的影响.结果:IL-1β能增强RPEC令成胶原的活性.在10μg/L浓度使RPEC对3H一脯氨酸的摄取增加145%(P<0.05),并增加Ⅳ,Ⅰ和Ⅲ型胶原荧光染色结论:IL-lβ能刺激RPEC合成胶原.可能在增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变的胶原沉积中起作用.
AIM:To investigate the effects of interleukin-lbeta (IL-1β) on the collagen synthesis in human retinal pigment epithelial cells (RPEC ). METHODS: IL-1β(0. 01~10μg/L) was added to cultures of RPEC and collagen synthesis of the cells was measured by 3H-proline incorporation assayand indirect immunofluorescence staining. RESULTS: IL-1βincreased the collagen synthesis of RPEC significantly. At 10μg/L, IL-1β increased cell uptake of 3H-proline to 145% ofthat in the controls and intensified Type Ⅳ. Ⅰ and Ⅲ collagen fluorescent staining. CONCLUSION: II-1β stimulatesthe collagen synthesis of human RPEC and may play a role inthe collagen deposition in proliferative vitreoretinopathy.
