观察骨骼肌小动脉的三种形态学实验方法的比较

Comparison between three morphological techniques in observing the arterioles within skeletal muscle

目的：寻找观察骨骼肌小动脉形态的有效方法．方法;采用墨汁灌注、石蜡切片HE染色及血管铸型结合扫描电镜三种手段观察了大鼠比目鱼肌小动脉．并对它们的效果及优缺点进行了比较．结果：墨汁灌注法能清楚地显示整块比目鱼肌内的小动脉网;石蜡切片HE染色法能清楚地观察到血管壁断面的结构及其周围结缔组织的变化;血管铸型结合扫描电镜可观察到骨骼肌内小动脉网的立体构建．结论：上述三种方法在显示骨骼肌小动脉方面各有优缺点．应用时可根据不同的研究目的选择不同的方法．

AIM: To find the effective morphological methods of observing the arterioles within skeletal muscle. METHODS: Carbon injection, paraffin section and HE staining. and corrosion combined with scanning electron microscope were used to observe the arterioles of soleus muscle in rats. RE SULTS: The network of arterioles within the soleus muscle was clearly visualized after carbon injection; the changes of the cutting section of vessel walls and their SLlrrounding con nectlve tissues were dernonstr[lted by Ha: slaining on paraffin sections; and the stereoscol)ic slruct [ire was observed b}' ocr rosion combined with scanning elecl roll microscope. CON CLUSION: The three kinds of nletho(ls;lll have t heir own advantages and disadvantages in visualizing the arterioles of skeletal muscle and the mosl appropriate method hinges onthe purpose of the research.
