摘要
造价咨询作为与工程有关的服务之一,近年来也逐渐开始采用招标方式进行。与勘察、设计、监理等服务项目相比,其管理缺乏规范性文件,且各地招标投标的具体做法亦不同,对造价咨询招标投标中几个关键环节进行探讨有助于我们更深刻地理解这项工作地重要意义。
Construction cost consultation,as one of the relevant services for projects,has been gradually carried out by means of bidding in recent years.Combined with survey,design,supervision and other services,its management lacks normative documents,and concrete practices are varied over different areas.Discussion on several links in bidding for construction cost consultation helps to further our comprehension for this work.
