摘要
在社会主义市场经济条件下,随着社会的进步和人民物质文化生活水平的不断提高,建设领域内工程人员的工资水平也在不断地上涨。特别是国家新的《劳动者权益保障法》等有关的法律法规出台,使得建设领域工程造价计价中执行的定额人工单价与社会市场人工单价的差距也更为明显。施工企业的工程成本不断攀升,利润水平却在大幅下滑,严重挫伤了施工企业的积极性。因此,我们从定额人工单价和市场人工单价的计价表现形式入手剖析形成价差的原因,同时提出相应的建议和对策,供有关部门和从业人员参考。
Under the condition of socialist market economy,the salary of employees in construction project continues to rise with the social progress and improvement of people’s material and cultural life.Especially with the issue of new laws and regulations such as " labor rights and interests law ",the gap between quota labor unit price in current construction cost calculation and labor unit price in social market becomes obvious.This causes the rise of construction cost and the falling of profit for construction enterprise,which seriously dampens the enthusiasm of construction enterprise.Hence,we analyze the formation of price gap from the manifestation form of price calculation of quota labor unit price and labor unit price in social market and pose relevant suggestions and solutions referential to the related department and employees.
