高效液相色谱法测定金艾康中汉防已甲素的含量

Determination of tetrandrine in Jinake by HPLC

目的 :建立一种准确度和灵敏度高 ,重现性好的汉防已甲素高效液相色谱测定法。方法 :采用ODSC18( 4.6mm× 1 50mm)为分析柱 ,流动相 :十二烷基磺酸钠 乙腈 0 .1mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液 (pH2 ) ( 0 .1 5∶50∶50 ) ,检测波长24 0nm。结果 :含量测定汉防已甲素在 0 .0 6～ 0 .3 0 μg线性关系良好 ,回收率 99.9% ,RSD为 1 .66%。 结论 :建立的含量测定方法简便、准确、灵敏。

OBJECTIVE:To establish a accurate sensitive and reproducible method for the determination of tetrandrine in Jinake.METHODS:The column was ODS C 18 (4.6mm×150mm);mobile phase was sodium dodecyl sulfate aceetonitrile 0.01mol/L phosphoric acid buffer(pH2)(0.15∶50∶50);detection wave length was 240nm.RESULTS:The recovery 99.9% and linear range were 0.06～0.30μg,RSD 1.66%.CONCLUSION:The method is simple,accurate and sensitive for the determination of tetrandrine in Jinake.
