Youjiang Soviet＇s land laws came into being in a specific historical period.It has such natures as revolutionary,creativity;equality,nationality,regionality,procedure,democracy,and flexibility. These characters show the rationality of Deng Xiaoping＇s early thinking on law system, which show that the land laws has a strong effectiveness.They still have guiding function for the building of today＇s law system.
