超声处理改善玻纤织物与双酚A型乙烯基酯树脂浸润性研究

摘要 针对玻纤织物增强双酚A型乙烯基酯树脂复合材料的真空灌注成型工艺方法,采用超声处理技术对树脂胶液进行了快速处理。通过树脂胶液粘度、表面张力以及胶液对玻纤织物浸润性的分析表征研究了超声处理效果。结果表明:超声处理1min可使双酚A型乙烯基酯树脂(3301)体系的粘度从6 500mPa.s降低到550mPa.s,表面张力从0.041N/m降低到0.023N/m,处理后树脂对玻璃纤维织物的润湿性得到明显改善。超声辐射可以在树脂体系内引发空化效应和声流搅拌作用,促进树脂在纤维表面的吸附、扩散和渗透。 Ultrasonic treating was used to improve the wettability between glass fiber and bisphenol-A standard vinyl ester resin matrix during the process of vacuum pouring.The resin viscosity,the surface tension of the resin and the wettability between the resin matrix and the fiber had been analyzed.The results indicated that ultrasonic treating decreased 3301 resin viscosity from 6 500mPa·s to 550mPa·s,the surface tension of the resin from 0.041N/m to 0.023N/m,and the wettability between the resin matrix and the fiber was improved obviously.The reason may be that the cavitation and the agitation action in the liquid aroused by ultrasound improve the adsorption,diffusion and wetting of resin matrix on the surface of the fiber.
