云南琵琶甲脂溶性抗菌活性成分的研究

Studies on the Liposoluble Antibacterial Constituents of Yunnan Balaps

首次从云南琵琶甲 Ｂａｌａｐｓ ｊａｐａｎｅｎｓｉｓ ｙｕｎｎａｎｅｎｓｉｓ Ｍａｒｓ．的脂溶性提取物中分得 ５个化合物，分别鉴定为 ４一乙基一１，３一苯二醇（４－ｅｔｈｙｌ－１，３－ｂｅｎｚｅ－ｎｅｄｉｏｌ， Ｉ），１３一丙基二十五烷（１３－ｐｒｏｐｙｌ－ｐｅｎｔａｃｏｓａｎｅ， Ⅱ），胆甾醇（ｃｈｄｅｓｔｅｒｏｌ， Ⅲ），油酸（ｏｌｅｉｃ ａｃｉｄ， Ⅳ）和亚油酸（ｌｉｎｏｌｅｉｃ ａｃｉｄ， Ⅴ），经抗菌活性实验，结果表明化合物Ⅰ具有抗菌活性。

Five compounds were isolated from Balaps japanensis yunnanensis Mars., a folk medicinal insect in Yunnan province of China. They were identified as 4--ethyl--1,3--benzenediol(I ), 13-propyl- pentacosane(Ⅱ ), cholesterol(Ⅲ), oleic acid(Ⅳ )and linoleic acid (Ⅴ ). Pharmacological screening showed that I has antibacterial activity.
