摘要
以菌丝体生物量和总糖含量为指标,对影响裂蹄木层孔菌(Phellinus linteus)深层培养的3个工艺条件(摇瓶的装液量、接种量、转速)进行优化。结果表明,最优培养条件为装液量150 mL/250 mL、接种量20%、转速160 r/min,此条件下菌丝体生物量为1.10 g/100 mL,总糖含量为77.6 mg/g。
The effects of medium volume,inoculation size and shaker speed on mycelial biomass production and total saccharide content of the mycelium during growth of Phellinus linteus in submerged culture were determined.Highest mycelial biomass production(1.1 g/100 mL) and a relatively high total saccharide content(77.6 mg/g) were recorded when the adopted medium volume,inoculation size and shaker speed were 150 mL/250 mL culture flask,20% and 160 r/min,respectively.
