Clinical blood transfusion in ISO15189

目的:评价输血管理在ISO15189实验室认可中的作用。方法:回顾性分析中山市博爱医院检验科2008年1—12月的输血情况。结果:2008年全院用血量5 742人次,与去年同比增长23.1%。全血用量减少40%,冰冻血小板用量增长103.8%,血浆用量增长92.30%,悬浮红细胞增长19.10%。结论:加强临床用血的监控,有助合理用血,有利于ISO15189实验室认可。

Objective：To assess the value of clinical blood transfusion in ISO15189.Method：The clinical blood transfusion in Boai Hospital of Zhongshan from Jan 2008 to Dec 2008 were retrospectively analyzed.Result：There were all 5742 cases of clinical blood transfusion in 2008,which was 23.1% higher than that of 2007.The amount of whole blood reduced by 40%,but the amount of frozen platelets,plasma,and suspension erythrocyte increased by 103.8%,92.30% and 19.10%,respectively.Conclusion：It would be helpful to monitor clinical blood transfusion in rational use of blood and Laboratory ISO15189 Accreditation.
