摘要
随着新一代网络(NGN)的不断发展,传统的软件开发平台发生着巨大的改变。本文对新一代网络技术系统下的软件技术总体发展方向及相关软件技术开发平台的变化趋势进行了总结,为更好地把握网络技术与软件技术之间的关系指明了方向。
