摘要
中国公文文献数据库是全国首个专门的公文文献数据库。本文在建库工作的基础上,概括了公文文献文件格式的常见种类及特点,分析了复杂格式带来的问题,最后提出了文件格式的设定原则。
China Official Document Archive Database（CODAD） is the first professional database of official documents in China.Based upon the building of the database,categories of document format and their characteristics are summarized.The problems of complication of document format are analyzed.Finally,principles of document format setting are proposed.
