摘要
文中以电脑办公最常用的Word2003和Word2007两种文挡为例,介绍了采取适当的技术措施,把涉密部分隐藏起来,而当自己需要查阅的时候又能够迅速地恢复出来的方法,这些方法很容易掌握,在实际工作中非常实用。
In the article take computer work most commonly used Word 2003 and the Word 2007 2 kind of documents as the example,introduced takes the suitable technical measure,hides not the public part,but when time which need to consult can rapidly restore method,these methods are very easy to grasp,is useful in the practical work.
