摘要
本文以湖北美术学院图书馆的建设发展为例,介绍图书馆在管理制度、服务方式、学术研究等方面开展创新建设实践,积极探索富有自身专业特色的管理与服务模式,以实现新形势下的图书馆可持续发展。
This article will take the example for Hubei institute of fine art,introducing the innovative construction in the way of management,service mode,academic research and more,exploring the management and service mode which is abundant in personal special feature,by which the sustainable development for the library in new position can come true.
