摘要
在分析淮安市基本地质环境特征的基础上,总结淮安城市化进程中的地质环境问题。这些地质环境问题主要表现在地震、地下水位下降、地面沉降、水污染、固体废弃物、地面变形、软土变形和液化土地基。最后在分析其地质和城市化成因的基础上,提出相应的城市地质环境保护对策。
The geo-environmental problems during the urbanization process of Huai＇an City are summarized, after an analysis of its basic geo environmental characteristics, The geo environmental problems include earthquake, ground-water decline, land subsidence, water pollution, solid waste, ground deformation, soft clay deformation and soil-liquefaction foundation. Their causes are analyzed in terms of geology and urbanization, and, accordingly, countermeasures are proposed to prevent them.
