本文以波特的基本竞争战略分类范式为基础,梳理了基本竞争战略与企业绩效关系的相关研究。首先剖析了相关文献在理论研究上的异同,重点讨论了众多学者对于是否可以同时实施低成本和差异化战略从而为企业带来更高绩效增长的争论;然后,对经验研究中的数据来源、分析方法和研究结论进行了详细的综合归类;最后,展望了相关研究的未来发展方向。

Based on the classifying pattern of Porter＇s genetic competition strategy, the paper reviews the correlative research of the relationship of the generic competition strategy and the performance. First, the paper analyzes the similarities and differences in the theory studies of the documents. Then the paper disputes whether it is reasonable to implement the low cost strategy and differentiation strategy synchronously. At last, this paper sorts the data resource, analysis method and study conclusion in the experiential research approaches.
