摘要
目前关于研发人员创新绩效评价的研究多集中于组织或系统层面,缺少对微观个体的深入分析。为此本文在明确研发人员和创新绩效等相关概念内涵基础上,全面回顾和梳理了国内外关于研发人员个体创新绩效评价的研究文献,并从多维度对相关领域研究成果进行了系统评述,指出了当前研究存在的问题与不足,并对未来研究趋势做出了展望。
At present the evaluation research about R&D personnels' innovation performance mostly concentrates on the organization or system aspect, lacks the thorough analysis about microscopic individual. Therefore, on the foundation of clearing the related concept about R&D personnel and innovation performance, this study comprehensively reviews and combs the literatures of individual innovation performance measurement about enterprises' R&D personnel, and systematic reviews the related research results from multi-dimensions, points out the existing question and insufficiency of current research. Last, it makes a forecast of research trends.
